Layered Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Shredded lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apples 2
  Ascorbic acid/Citric acid 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oranges 2
  Seedless green grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce
Directions

Spread lettuce in a 2-quart bowl.
Sprinkle apples with ascorbic-citric powder.
Layer apples, oranges, and grapes over lettuce.
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; spread evenly over top, sealing to edge of bowl.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover salad, and refrigerate overnight.
