Layered Spinach Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 1⁄2 Pound
  Iceberg lettuce 2 Small
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  English peas 17 Ounce
  Green onions 10
  Hard boiled eggs 6
  Bacon 1 Pound
  Sliced water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sour cream 8 Ounce
  Buttermilk salad dressing mix 1⁄4 Ounce
Directions

Layer first 8 ingredients in order listed in a large salad bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Spread over top of salad, sealing to edge of bowl.
Cover salad tightly, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
