|Canned beets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Dice herring, potatoes, dill pickles, apples and onions to approximately the same size as the beets.
Mix together with beets, and add just enough sour cream to bind mixture; add salt and pepper.
Garnish with dill.
