1 Pinch (as needed for garnish)
1. In a bowl, mash boiled eggs along with avocado to desired consistency (chunky or smooth).
2. Add salt, turmeric and cumin. Mix well.
3. On a romaine lettuce leaf, spoon the salad, sprinkle paprika and serve immediately.
