This is my go to recipe when I am craving egg salad. I love the creamy texture the avocado adds. I absolutely love the exotic flavors of the turmeric and cumin combined. This recipe is sure to satisfy any salty craving. Hope you’ll give it a try. Until next time…
Ingredients
  Boiled eggs 3
  Ripe avacados 1
  Turmeric 2 Dash
  Cumin 3 Dash (2-3)
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1 Pinch (as needed for garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mash boiled eggs along with avocado to desired consistency (chunky or smooth).
2. Add salt, turmeric and cumin. Mix well.

SERVING
3. On a romaine lettuce leaf, spoon the salad, sprinkle paprika and serve immediately.
