Ingredients
  Head of lettuce/Other greens 1
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce
  Cooked cut green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1
  Red onion 1
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard boiled eggs 3
  Tomatoes 2
  Anchovy fillets 6
  Black greek olives/Ripe olives 10
  Olive oil 30 Milliliter
  Wine vinegar 10 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Make a bed of crisp, broken lettuce.
Place drained flaked tuna in center.
Arrange beans, green pepper, onion rings and celery in mounds around it.
Garnish with ring of egg quarters alternating with tomato sections.
Place anchovy fillets, crisscrossed, in center.
Scatter olives on top.
Make vinaigrette sauce with oil, vinegar and salt and pepper.
Toss salad with vinaigrette sauce at table.
