Blue Cheese Tossed Salad

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sliced cauliflower 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small
  Sliced pimiento stuffed olives 2 Tablespoon
  Torn lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Blue cheese 1 Ounce
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Combine cauliflower, onion, and olives in a small bowl; pour dressing over top and mix well.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Add lettuce and cheese; toss gently to coat.
Serve salad immediately.
