Fruitful Turkey Salad
|Chopped cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce|
|Seedless green grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Combine first 6 ingredients, tossing gently.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and curry powder; add to turkey mixture, and toss gently.
Serve on lettuce leaves, and sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with cantaloupe slices, if desired.
