|Canned shrimp/12 ounces frozen / fresh / cooked and chilled shrimp||8 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Cooked peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onion||1 Tablespoon|
|French dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad greens||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2|
Rinse shrimp under cold running water, and halve if large.
Combine with peas.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and stir lightly with fork.
Add celery, parsley, green pepper and onion to dressing.
Pour over shrimp mixture, and toss lightly with fork.
Serve on crisp greens, garnished with slices of hard-cooked egg.
