Easy Breezy Salad
|Tomato||1 , chop|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 , chop|
|Green chilli||1 , chop|
|Cabbage||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded|
|Lime juice/Vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Coriander leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chop|
1. In a large bowl, mix together the tomato, cucumber, onion, green chili and cabbage.
2. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar and toss well.
3. Garnish with coriander and serve as an appetizer or side dish along with your main course. you can also have it as a healthy snack.
