Easy Breezy Salad

As the name suggest, this is an easy salad that can be made anytime. Eat it for lunch, dinner or as a healthy snack.
Ingredients
  Tomato 1 , chop
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , chop
  Onion 1⁄2
  Green chilli 1 , chop
  Cabbage 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice/Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chop
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix together the tomato, cucumber, onion, green chili and cabbage.
2. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar and toss well.

SERVING
3. Garnish with coriander and serve as an appetizer or side dish along with your main course. you can also have it as a healthy snack.
