Cold boiled or roast beef, thinly sliced Thinly sliced mild onion rings Vinaigrette Sauce Lettuce, tomatoes Marinate beef and onion rings in separate bowls in sauce about 1 hour before serving.
Drain off sauce, and arrange beef slices alternately with onion rings on lettuce-covered platter.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
