Grape And Black Cherry Salad
|Frozen grape juice||5 Ounce|
|Canned pitted black sweet cherries||20 Ounce|
|Black cherry gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Broken pecan halves||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Prepare grape juice according to can directions.
Drain cherries, reserving juice; add cherry juice to grape juice.
Add enough water to make 4 cups liq- uid.
Bring 2 cups liquid to a boil; add to gelatin, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Add remaining liquid; chill until thickened.
Stir in cherries and pecans; chill until set.
