Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  Cabbage 4 Pound, shredded
  Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs) (or 1 cup each sour cream and mayonnaise)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place shredded cabbage in large container. Add a mixture of the sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and salt until of desired consistency. Chill. Variations: Substitute chopped apples or grated carrots for about half the cabbage. Or reduce cabbage to 3 pounds and add 2 cans (16 ounces each) crushed pineapple and 1/2 pound cut marshmallows.
