Betty's Single Serving Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach leaves/Iceberg lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Broccoli florets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Banana/Any fruit of choice 1⁄2 , sliced
  Cheddar-mozzarella cheese/Any cheese of your choice 2 Tablespoon, cubed
  Sweet and hot mixed nuts/Mixed nuts of your choice 2 Tablespoon
  Catalina dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chilled
Directions

MAKING
1. In a serving plate, arrange the spinach leaves around the edge.
2. Arrange broccoli florets and banana as shown in the video.
3. Sprinkle cheese and nuts.
4. Drizzle generously with catalina dressing.

SERVING
5. Serve the salad at once.
