Marinated Cauliflower Salad

|Thinly sliced cauliflower||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sliced ripe olives||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Diced pimiento||4 Ounce|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a salad bowl; toss gently.
Combine remaining ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Pour dressing over vegetables, tossing gently.
Cover salad, and chill 8 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
