Creamy Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Orange-flavored gelatin 3 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange rind 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add orange rind and juice, stirring well.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into a lightly oiled 4-cup mo) d; chill until firm.
