Spinach, Apple, Bacon Salad -- Lynn's

Lynn demonstrates how to make a delicious Spinach, Apple, Bacon Salad. Great for lunch or to serve as a salad at dinner.
Ingredients
  Baby spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Granny smith apple 1⁄2 , sliced
  Red onion 1⁄2 , sliced
  Mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Bacon slices 2 , cooked until crispy and crumbled
For dressing
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, freshly ground
Directions

MAKING
1. For dressing – in a jar add in the water, red wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, water and black pepper. Whisk together for few minutes.
2. For Salad – in a large bowl add in the spinach, onion and mushroom. Pour in the dressing and toss well with the spoons.
3. Sprinkle bacon over the top of salad.

SERVING
4. Serve delicious and healthy Spinach, Apple, Bacon Salad as an appetizer.
