Creamy Dressing For Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Combine cornstarch, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan. Blend in pineapple and lemon juices. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens and clears. Chill. Whip cream until fluffy. Using same beater, whip chilled mixture until creamy. Fold in whipped cream.
