Festive Fruit Salad Dessert

Ingredients
  Whole berry cranberry sauce 11 Ounce (1 can)
  Strawberry flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 package)
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned pineapple tidbits 13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Crush cranberry sauce with fork. (Reserve a few berries for garnish.) Combine gelatin with boiling water and stir to dissolve completely. Add cold water. Add cranberry sauce and mix well. Refrigerate and allow setting until thick. Fold in pineapple, nuts, and celery; set until firm. Garnish with a dab of whipped cream and a whole cranberry, if desired.
