|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cranberries||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Jelly powder||3 Ounce (Lemon-Flavored)|
Soak gelatine in cold water until dissolved.
Meanwhile, wash cranberries, and cut oranges into pieces, leaving skins on but removing seeds.
Put oranges and cranberries through meat grinder or blend in electric blender.
Reserve juices from chopping.
Add sugar to hot water; add lemon jelly powder, softened plain gelatine and stir until gelatine is dissolved.
Stir in minced oranges and cranberries and reserved juices.
Mold in wet ring mold or individual molds, and chill until firm.
