Crab Salad Casserole

Ingredients
  Canned crabmeat 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained boned, and flaked
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Hard boiled eggs 4 , chopped
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Buttered bread crumbs/Crushed potato chips 1 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese/Crushed potato chips 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients except the crumbs. Place in buttered casserole. Top with buttered crumbs or crushed potato chips. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned. For a party, casserole may be baked in individual bakers or in scallop shells. Or use I cup cubed chicken meat, or 1 flat can white meat of tuna fish. With chicken or tuna, few-slices of stuffed olives (12 olives) help the flavor.
