New Potato Salad With Dressing

  Thinly sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced green onions 3 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Leaf lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  New potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound (Small Sized)
  Italian reduced calorie salad dressing mix 1 1⁄3 Ounce
  Thinly sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
  Minced green onions 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Minced parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lettuce 1 Tablespoon, chopped

Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain and cool.
Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices; layer in a shallow serving dish.
Prepare salad dressing mix according to package directions; combine salad dressing and next 4 ingredients.
Pour evenly over potatoes; cover and chill the salad thoroughly.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
