Escarole And Bacon Salad

Ingredients
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Escarole 2 Large
  Green onions 5
  Bacon slices 8
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place escarole and onions in a large salad bowl; set aside.
Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet.
Crumble bacon, and sprinkle over escarole.
Add remaining ingredients to hot drippings; stir well.
Quickly pour over escarole; toss gently.
Serve immediately.
