Fruit Salad - Summer Recipe

A fruit salad is very simple to prepare, but Sonia will give you some nice advice to make it impressive!

Ingredients

Sugar 40 Gram
Cantaloupe 100 Gram
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Strawberries 200 Gram
Pineapple 150 Gram
Kiwi fruit 200 Gram
Banana 150 Gram

Directions

MAKING

1. Wash and cut the fruit and begin with the strawberries and kiwi fruit cut them into cubes.

2. For the cantaloupe, peel and cut in half, with the help of a teaspoon or a melon baler scoop out the flesh and keep aside. The rind will be used as a serving bowl for your fruit salad.

3. Cut the banana into thin slices, squeeze the lemon and combine all the fruit in a bowl. add the bananas drizzle the lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Mix everything and let it rest for at least an hour.

SERVING

4. Serve the fresh fruits cold.
