Smoky Seafood Salad

Ingredients
  Smoked mackerel¬†¬† 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Frozen english peas 10 Ounce
  Swiss cheese 4 Ounce
  Chopped red onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Bacon slices 4
  Cherry tomatoes 4
  Pepper rings 4
Directions

Remove skin and bones from fish; flake fish with a fork.
Combine fish, peas, cheese, and onion; toss well.
Combine mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; add to fish mixture, and mix well.
Chill 1 hour.
Spoon fish mixture into lettuce-lined bowl.
Sprinkle with bacon; garnish with cherry tomatoes and green pepper rings.
