1. Cut tomato and mozzarella into ½-inch slices.
2. On a serving platter, lay tomato and mozzarella.
3. Drizzle balsamic glaze, and olive oil on top.
4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and basil. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
5. Serve salad with grilled chicken.
