Waldorf Salad

Lynn demonstrates how to make a great salad that is perfect for a side dish for any meal, especially a holiday dinner.
Ingredients
For salad
  Apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped (Granny Smith, Rome or Gala)
  Pears 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
For dressing
  Dannon oikos plain green nonfat yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

MAKING
1. Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well.
2. Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl, pour over the salad. Toss well and set aside.

SERVING
3. Serve Waldorf Salad over a bed of lettuce leaves.
