Tropical Fruit Salad With Fresh Mint Dressing

Ingredients
  Pineapple 1 Medium
  Kiwi 1
  Banana 1 Large
  Peaches 2 Medium
  Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Slivered almonds 3 Tablespoon
  Mint dressing 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut pineapple in half lengthwise.
Scoop out pulp, leaving shells 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick; set aside.
Cut pineapple into bite-size pieces, discarding core.
Combine pineapple chunks, kiwi, banana, peaches, and strawberries; toss gently, and spoon into pineapple shells.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Serve with Fresh Mint Dressing.
