Ingredients
  Chickpea 1 Can (10 oz), washed and drained
  Sundried tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips
  Red onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely diced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.

SERVING
2. Serve with mains over lunch or dinner.
