Steak, Tomato And Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients
  Cooked lean steak 1 Pound
  Artichoke heart 10 Ounce, quatered (Defrosted)
  Plum tomatoes 6 , wedged
  Shallot 60 Gram, sliced
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Boston lettuce 250 Gram (optional - 8 leaves)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl place steak slices, add in artichokes, plum tomatoes and shallots.
2. Pour in the extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle oregano and red pepper. Toss all the ingredients well.

SERVING
3. Make a bed of lettuce leaves on a serving plate, transfer the salad on it and serve.
