Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
  Mush greens/Butter lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs) (packed)
  Strawberry 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced
  Red onions 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Basil 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brazil nuts 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. For the Dressing – In a medium bowl pour in lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and black pepper.

MAKING
2. In a large salad bowl, place mush greens, strawberries, red onion and fresh basil.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Garnish with Brazil nuts.

SERVING
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve in a plate.
