1. For the Dressing – In a medium bowl pour in lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and black pepper.
2. In a large salad bowl, place mush greens, strawberries, red onion and fresh basil.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Garnish with Brazil nuts.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve in a plate.
