Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Diced cooked potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hard cooked egg 1
  Pimento 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine potatoes, onion, hard-cooked egg, seasonings and mayonnaise, tossing lightly.
Chill.
Arrange salad on greens; garnish with pimento.
