Elbow macaroni | 8 Ounce , cooked, drained and cooled | |
Tomato | 4 Cup (64 tbs) , peeled, seeded and chopped | |
Bacon slices | 4 , crispy cooked and crumbled | |
Lettuce | 3 Cup (48 tbs) , shredded | |
For dressing | ||
Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Sour cream | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Dijon mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cider vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, place together macaroni, tomatoes, bacon and lettuce, toss gently to mix well and set aside.
3. In a separate container, mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
4. Stream the dressing over the macaroni mixture, and gently toss until well coated.
SERVING
5. Serve right away.
