Curried Tuna Salad
|Tuna||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned shrimp||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cold cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|French dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drain tuna; break into pieces.
Chill tuna and shrimp.
Combine tuna, shrimp, celery and olives; add mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
Toss rice with French dressing and parsley; spoon onto serving platter.
Heap salad on top.
