Orange White Bean Salad

  Northen beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked or canned
  Parsely 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), chopped
  Canola oil 2 Teaspoon (For the dressing)
  White wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For the dressing)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For the dressing)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For the dressing)
  Orange 1 , diced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Green onion 1 , chopped

1.Prepare all the ingredients as per the list.
2.In a salad bowl combine orange, northern beans,green pepper, parsley and green onion.
3.In another bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing canola oil, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard and sugar.
4.Pour the dressing over the salad and give it a good toss.

4.Serve in a plate as a side dish or an appetizer.
