Ingredients
  Cucumber 2 , peeled and sliced
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fat-free sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dill 2 Teaspoon
  Splenda 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl combine sour cream, Splenda, and dill. Mix well.
2. Add in the onions followed by cucumber, stir for few minutes.
3. Refrigerate for 60 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

SERVING
4. Serve cucumber – dill salad with roasted chicken.
