Crab And Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  Avocado 3 Large
  Canned crab meat 14 Ounce
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients except tomatoes. For each serving, spoon out salad on a bed of lettuce on an individual serving plate. Surround with tomato wedges, peeled if desired. Serve with Louis Dressing.
