A Big Salad

Diana shows you how to make one of her big, healthy, delicious salads.
Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Medium
  Red onion 1⁄2 Medium
  Green onion 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Lemon 1 Medium
  Peppers 1 Large
  Red bell pepper 1 Large
  Avocado 1 Medium
  Cherry tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spring lettuce 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Tablespoon (For the dressing)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For the dressing)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon (For the dressing)
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For the dressing)
  Pepper 4 Pinch (For the dressing)
  Salt 4 Pinch (For the dressing)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (For the dressing)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Chop all the vegetables.

MAKING
2.In a large bowl put all the ingredients for the salad and toss well.
3.Make the dressing by mixing vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and blend it well by pouring more olive oil.
3.Pour the dressing over the salad.

SERVING
5.Serve in a large bowl with another drizzle of dressing, if you like.
