1.Chop the tomatoes and avocados.
2.Mix olive oil and rice wine vinegar for the dressing.
3.Place the spinach and tomatoes in a plate.
4.In a pan heat olive oil , break the eggs in the pan and cook them. Sprinkle little salt on them.
5.Drizzle the mixture of rice wine vinegar and olive oil on top of the salad.
6.place the eggs on top of spinach and tomatoes.
7.Add the avocados and sprinkle some pepper on top.
8.Serve in a big bowl with your choice of bread.
