Emily Richards and Foodland Ontario bring you this simple recipe for a great Tossed Spinach side dish or salad, that you can enjoy with any number of main dishes.
Baby spinach | 8 Cup (128 tbs) | |
Canola oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Apple cider vinegar/White wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Sea salt/Kosher salt | 1/4 Teaspoon (to taste) | |
Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (to taste) |
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
2. In a large dish put spinach, and pour mixture on top. Toss.
SERVING
3. Serve tossed spinach with grilled steak.
