Spring Salad Bowl
|Head of lettuce||1|
|Watercress||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)|
|Spinach leaves||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Green onions||4 Small|
|Ripe pitted olives||12|
|Italian dressing||1 Tablespoon|
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces; chop watercress coarsely.
Combine lettuce, watercress and spinach in salad bowl; add carrot curls and onions.
Stuff olives with almonds; add to salad.
Toss lightly with Italian dressing just before serving.
