Ingredients
  Cubed cooked potatoes 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Chopped zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced onion 3 Tablespoon
  Commercial sour cream 16 Ounce
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss lightly, and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients; stir until blended.
Add sour cream mixture to vegetables, stirring well.
Chill thoroughly.
