1. Remove the Kale leaves from the stem and chop roughly.
2. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt, the juice of half a lemon, 1 teaspoon olive oil and massage the kale to get the bitterness out.
3. The bitter liquids of the kale would have come out so move it to another bowl.
4. Add 1/2 cup green cabbage, 1/2 cup mango, 1 chopped tomato and 1/4 cup avocado.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of agave nectar, a dash of pepper, 1 teaspoon olive oil and 1/4 cup chopped almonds and toss.
