Congealed Melon Ball Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Watermelon balls 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cantaloupe balls/Honeydew ball 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seedless green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peaches 3
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; let stand 5 minutes.
Add hot water and sugar; stir until gelatin dissolves.
Add next 3 ingredients; mix well.
Chill mixture until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in fruit; pour into a lightly oiled 8-cup mold.
Chill until set.
