Creamy Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 1⁄4 Ounce
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Oranges 2
  Bananas 2
  Apples 2
  Seedless grapes 1⁄2 Pound
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving the juice; set aside.
Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup of liquid.
Combine with next 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; mix well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until dressing is smooth and thickened; remove from heat, and cool completely.
Combine pineapple and remaining fruit in a large bowl.
Add whipped cream to dressing mixture; fold into fruit.
Chill.
