Mango Yogurt Salad

This dish makes a lovely brunch dessert, breakfast or snack during the day. I was lucky to get fresh mango but almost any ripe fruit will be delicious. The drizzled honey and fresh mint leaves added dimension to a typical combination. When you cook for yourself you can Save Money, Eat Healthier, Live Greener and Have Fun!
Ingredients
  Mango 1 Large, chop
  Vanilla yogurt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING:
1. In a bowl, add 1 chopped mango, 11/2 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt, 1 tablespoon of mint, 1 teaspoon of honey and mix.

SERVING:
2. Serve as brunch dessert, breakfast or snack during the day.
