Raw Vegan Massaged Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach leaves 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, chopped finely
  Lemon 1 Large, juice extracted
  Avocados 1 Large
  Cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Herby 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl take spinach and massage with hands.
2. Add onion, lemon juice, avocado, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
3. Sprinkle red pepper flake and herby. Massage for few minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve in a plate.
