Fiesta Salad is a easy and healthy side dish recipe that the kids will even love. Sweet pineapple, crunchy cucumbers and many more vegetables come together so perfectly to form this mouth watering side dish.
Ingredients
  Pineapple 1 Large, cored and chopped
  Green pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Red pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Cucumber 1 Large, chopped
  Tomatoes 1 Large, chopped
  Red onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Limes 1 Large, juiced
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss to combine.
2. This side dish is best when it sits for at least 30 minutes.

SERVING
3. Serve the Fiesta Salad with pulled pork burgers and grilled corn at a Summer party
