|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Hard cooked eggs||3|
|Green pepper||To Taste|
|Swiss cheese slice||2|
|Crisp bacon strip||5|
|Olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French dressing||1 Tablespoon|
Rub wooden salad bowl with cut garlic clove.
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Combine lettuce with remaining vegetables; add cheese, bacon and olives.
Toss with dressing just before serving; season with salt and pepper.
