Tuna Salad in Tomato Cups
|Canned solid tuna||7 Ounce|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Firm tomatoes/Watercress / other crisp greens||4 Large|
Drain liquid from tuna.
Flake fish, and combine with celery, cucumber, onion, seasonings and enough Mayonnaise to hold mixture together.
Slice off stem ends of tomatoes, remove a little of the plup to make "cups" and invert for a few minutes to drain.
Pile tuna salad into tomatoes on individual salad plates, and surround with watercress.
