Mango Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken breast 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Mango and curry sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Green onions 4 Medium, sliced
  Apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon, freshly ground (or to taste)
  Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, green onions, apples and celery.
2.In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mango & curry Sauce, curry, salt and pepper, mix well.
3.Combine mayonnaise dressing with chicken mixture thoroughly and chill.
4.Adjust the seasoning if required.

SERVING
5.Serve in a bed of lettuce sprinkled with some nuts on top.
